Wildlife, Nature
& the quiet power of Observation

Where can careful observation be a more powerful way of driving change than bold action? How could our relationship with nature, conservation and ourselves evolve if we just stopped and noticed... rather than charging forth? And what do you just wish people noticed more?

These are some of the questions we explored around the table, as 40 of us gathered at the London Garden Museum for a 3-course meal cooked by our very own Nicoletta, star of 'Bake Off: The Professionals'.
