Should we design our cities around the majority — or begin with those most often left out?

When & Where
29 Apr 2026, 19:00 – 23:00
London, 1 Tunnel Rd, London SE16 4JJ, UK
Theme
When planning cities, transport and every-day buildings, there’s a big question: should we focus on the needs of the majority, or start with those who are usually overlooked—like people with disabilities? Designing for the majority can make things efficient, but it might leave some people behind. On the other hand, centering those most often left out could create spaces that work better for everyone. Join us for a felloe supper as we sit down to discuss: "Should we design our cities around the majority — or begin with those most often left out?" with 2 guest speakers to be announced soon!
Nicoletta and a guest chef will be cooking for us all as usual!
